Possible Cause: Unplugged / Switched OFF. Faulty Power Adapter, or Micro-USB Cable.
Solution 1: Check the Power Supply is plugged into both the SV11HD and the Wall Socket.
Solution 2: Ensure the Wall Socket is switched ON.
Solution 3: Try the SV11HD on another Power Source, such as the USB port on the TV, or a USB Phone Charger.
Solution 4: Try another Micro-USB cable with the SV11HD.
