If your Freeview Recorder is not recording the beginning or the end of a show, you need to change the Offset timings. The Offset timings let you choose when the recorder will start recording a show.


For example, if you want to record Shortland Street at 7pm and you choose the Offset Start time to be 5 mins- the recorder will start recording at 6:55pm.


To change the start or end times on your Freeview A2 Recorder/ Android- powered Freeview Recorder, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Menu button on your remote
  2. Scroll across to the Settings icon
  3. Scroll down and select Advanced Settings
  4. Select PVR
  5. Select either Offset Start or Offset End
