Your satellite box isn't on the list: please upgrade your box.
If your satellite box is NOT listed above and you've lost all channels, it's time to get an upgrade.

Your box is on the list: it should still work.
If your satellite box is in the list above, then it supports the new satellite and should still work. If you're still having trouble:
- For most units the change may not be automatic, retune/reset your box - see Dish TV Support for instructions.
- If that doesn't help, get in touch with us. You may need to reach out to an installer to check and improve your satellite TV setup.
