If your SmartVU SV11HD isn't displaying anything on your TV, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue:

✅ 1. Check the HDMI Connection

  • Ensure the HDMI is securely connected to  your TV.
  • Try unplugging and reconnecting the HDMI.(From TV and HDMI Extension if using)
  • Make sure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input/source.
? Tip: Try different HDMI ports and note the input label (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2).

? 2. Power Cycle the Devices

  • Unplug the SV11HD from power and wait about 10 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and allow it to reboot.
  • Restart your TV as well if there's still no display.

? 4. Try a Different TV or Monitor

  • Connect the SV11HD to another TV or HDMI monitor to rule out issues with your original display.
